While TYASuite e-Procurement offers many great features, one aspect that could use improvement is the initial learning curve for new users. Some team members found it challenging to adapt to the software at first, which slowed down the onboarding process. However, once familiar, they appreciated the system’s capabilities. More comprehensive online and offline training would enhance the user experience and ease the transition for new users

Will not recommend for P2P Process

There are many lags in the software. Even after initial stabilization of the work flow process we have recurring errors and the settings are changed randomly. Always the reason is software up-gradation or some software error. Even after two years of usage, we do not have an error free experience. Highly would not recommend for any mid-tier company. Maybe useful for small companies with less budget.
