Uniks is an innovative IT platform that incorporates two functionalities in a single tool: 360º feedback (improving self-awareness) and gratitude feedback (improving emotional wellbeing).

* With 360º feedback, the person can improve SELF-KNOWLEDGE and identify their main strengths and areas for improvement. Thanks to the self-knowledge report, you will be able to compare how you see yourself - which shapes your identity - and how you are seen by others - which gives information about your reputation. Through the Johari windows, you will be able to analyze what coincidences and differences there are between how you see yourself and how others see you. Getting to know yourself better is the first step to build on your strengths and identify opportunities for improvement to develop.

* Through GRATITUDE, you will have continuous feedback from others on what aspects stand out most in your day-to-day life. The application allows people to thank each other for what they contribute to others, to the team, or to the organization and to suggest possible opportunities for improvement.

In the 360º feedback, the person carries out his or her own self-assessment by selecting, from a total of 40 attributes, the five main strengths and one opportunity for improvement. In order to receive external feedback, the person invites other people to evaluate him or her using the same process.
The methodology has been developed based on the selection of the best 360º assessment tools available on the market and a thorough knowledge of the strengths and opportunities for improvement of each of them. In addition, other personality assessment tools have been considered which, without being 360º, also delve into the concept of self-knowledge and reputation.
The strengths, competencies, and common factors of the selected tools have been analyzed and, following the usual scheme of these, the 40 strengths have been assigned to the 11 competencies (4) and 3 factors: self-management, relationships, and organization.

Positive recognition allows you to express gratitude to others. The administrator chooses the words (gratitude concepts) based on the company's core values and desired behaviors. The person gives thanks for what another person contributes on a personal or group level. It allows opportunities for improvement to be conveyed and feedback to be added.
