WorkTime® is an advanced program for keeping track of personnel and PCs in any office that has more than one thousand five hundred computers and more than three hundred Terminal/Citrix servers. Overall: I started using monitoring to identify top performers and address those who were slacking off and it worked.

Pros: The tool has detailed productivity reports that help analyze work time thoroughly. It's easy to use, and I can't praise the tech support enough. They responded quickly and gave quality answers to all my questions.

Cons: Everything works well. The only thing I’d add is a reminder for breaks because some of my employees often skip them.

Trackers are different. I've used many. But mostly they are all intrusive. This is an exception. It does not violate employee confidentiality. No screenshots, no webcam photos
