Great task/project management tool for team collaboration and project tracking. Works great, and does what you need while remaining simple and easy to use. It is perfect for the purpose of our usage. It covers both basic and advanced needs and is simple to use. Their customer support is very quick. A good tool when you have multiple departments looking for updates.

Balancing numerous projects at once made us realise that it is appreciative of the tool to be this user-friendly while having complex tools to utilise. Teams have been customising the tools as per requirements making it effective for internal processes. Holistically accessing each project with sub-activities being monitored all at a glance is quite amazing, it easily notifies when the project gets out of hand or misses deadlines and also highlights the team members' work which helps a lot with future planning and resource allocation.

View the status of all the projects being worked on by your team across departments, clients, or campaigns in-depth or in broad strokes.

Collaborations with workzone actually are quite efficient and secure, we can share files and numerous formats which make it easier for teams to work.

It is quite impressive that it provides a personal dashboard as well which helps each member plan their activities and maintain records and to-do lists that help improve productivity.

What do you like the least about Workzone?

As said above the software is quite versatile and hence it gets complex to utilise tools initially, one needs either experience or time to learn the software and its capabilities.

While working on complex projects we did face glitches and bugs sometimes but fortunately, there was no data loss.
