Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

We are software development company. We serve our clients globally in different domain finance, healthcare, ecommerce, gaming etc. I am having14+ years of programmer experience. This gives me leverage as CEO taking care of delivery, operations and customer & employee retention.

What is the story behind starting this company?

I belongs to rural area in India (a 3-tier city Gwalior). But when I passed out my engineering I had to relocate approx. 1200 miles far away in different city. Because, there was no IT company. I had to leave my family behind to live my dream job. After, working for almost 8-10 years, Me & my wife decided to generate IT jobs in my home town (Gwalior) itself. So that other engineering graduates don’t have face the similar situation as me.
That’s how, I started my own venture back in 2016 with just 2 employees.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

Starting with just 2 team members, now we are 40+ engineers are working with me. We all have in-house team. Sometimes, if we don’t have right skillset with us then we outsource part of project or complete project to our partner companies.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

The cost effectiveness, since we are having our office in non metro city (Gwalior), where operating cost is lesser than companies in metro cities. This advantage we pass on to our clients, we have cost effective offerings for our customers who are looking for software development services.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We are open to work for Finance, gaming, logistics & CRM. Yes. More than 60% are B2B customers. so we always get repeated business from them. They are associated with us more than 3-4 years. Every year we are getting more business from our existing customers.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

Custom software (web/desktop), Web Applications, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

On Upwork or success rate is 98%, we are top rated agency over there. We have all our customer leaving 5 stars rating. We are not just developers, but also provide them right business consultancy. We understand their requirement during our multiple meetings. We prepare technical design documents & test cases report to build a fool proof system We sit together with customer to plan the strategy to make their ‘Go to Market’ launch a huge success. We are one stop solution for all their IT service need.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We have our own product called ‘Nitara’ for Issue/Defect tracking. Once go live we provide access to our customers. Where they can create issue logs, then ticket is assigned to L1 support & further routes to Technical team. Customer can track the real time status about their raise tickets.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Usually we work in Pay per hour & Fixed Cost model. Also, we do offer resource deployment at client site on monthly cost basis.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Usaully we take the project as low as US $50,000 & above. But we have worked on a small project US $5000-$10,000 as well.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

Due to pandemic we grab the customer ranging from minimum $16,000 to $65,000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

- We aim to have more than 10,000 employees in next 10 years. so that there more employment opportunities here in Gwalior itself.
- Getting listed in various national & international Stock exchanges
- Reaching the revenue above US $1 billion (atleast for now ) at earliest
