At present, the owner and sole shareholder is Derek Smart, a 24+ year gaming industry veteran.

The company develops PC and mobile games in various own IPs which include Battlecruiser 3000AD, Universal Combat, Galactic Command, All Aspect Warfare and Line Of Defense.

To date, the company has developed over a dozen games.
