9series is an 8+ years young technology company majoring in the field of innovation. The overall team is built up by a bunch of idealists, strategists, developers, perfectionists & realists all thrown together.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We are passionate about software and its ecosystem. We had an opinion that we could solve problems more accurately, delivering the right solutions using cutting-edge technology at an affordable price. That leads us to start this company.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Being in this field for more than 8 years, our aim is always to deliver the services with complete honesty and capacity we’ve in-house. That gives us a strong foot into the market along with long-lasting relationships with the clients and partners we’ve across.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We believe that we’re not into the race of being a fortune company or a million-dollar organization rather, we’re top prioritizing the Quality of what we do and deliver, Maintaining the strong faith and relationship with our clients, and steady but strong growth of the organization. This makes us different and unique in the competition. We want to make sure to our clients and partners that they’re associated with safe and strong foundations.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our overall customer satisfaction and retention ratio is more than 99%, which does mean that we hardly have any clients so far who have not done repetitive work with us. We’re proud of that and we are always open to share our client references.
We are majorly working in Healthcare, Education, eCommerce, Social, and Manufacturing. We’re more of working towards helping start-up eco-system so, in simple words, we cater startup industry where we do receive requirement from any industry or field and we help them with best of our capacity, experience, right methodology, and direction.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Clients approach us for their business requirements where technology is just a medium we help with rather, we majorly help businesses from their ideas to ground up and sometimes making right introductions to Angel Investors and contributing being a partner with the technical capacity we have!
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
For us, customer satisfaction is the trust and faith they’ve in us. When we start any engagement, we make sure to have complete faith in our team. The second steps come with timely communication, development, and delivery with the right approaches and lastly their feedback on the overall product. Customer satisfaction is a top priority in any relationship.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
At the time of project development, all key members stay connected and open to the client in terms of any response/support required. Once the project gets completed, we do provide a facility of setting up a helpdesk tool where the client can raise their tickets with priority and our team takes care of that.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We’ve different kinds of engagement and payment models. We do work on fixed costs of the project where we take some advance to start and then milestone/phase-based payment. For the monthly or weekly resource hiring, clients pay us weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We don’t have this as a criterion at this moment. We evaluate clients based on the type of problems we are solving and the strategic size of the opportunity we are into. In the past, we have declined the offer of 50,000$ as it was not suitable to nature our work and business model. However, most of the projects we start around 25,000$.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our minimum project size was $650 and the maximum project size was $220000 for the year 2020.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We believe in organic growth and we look forward to expanding our strong presence across different markets by helping more and more work in the space of product engineering.
