A. Grant Mangum

Kirk Mangum, President holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in finance and Master of Science (MSA) degree in accounting from Appalachian State University. An experienced health care and small business consultant, he works with business owners, dentists and physicians in all facets of managing the day to day operations of business and practice management. Prior to joining his father, he worked for more than eight years in various roles of commercial real estate including appraisal, brokerage, project management and development. He continues to hold an active NC Broker license. He has held various board positions with several non-profit organizations, is active in his church, and volunteers with many local charities. Kirk is an Eagle Scout, has "thru-hiked" the 2178 mile Appalachian Trail, and is a long-standing member of the National Ski Patrol. He lives in Durham with his wife Courtney and their 3 children.
