We have two cooperation models with A-HR. Initially, we hired them to provide HR consultations to our top-level managers and help in closing unique positions with relevant specialists. Our HR director and CTO held a number of consultations with the A-HR specialist. As a result, we have optimized the recruitment processes for technical and customer-facing departments. We closed the required positions faster, and that allowed us to finish projects on time. Our customers’ satisfaction is the best outcome for us. Also, we have a partnership agreement with A-HR, meaning that once their clients need a QA engineer, they recommend us as a QA partner.
