What we do

How we work
We start with a diagnosis, not assumptions. We observe how work happens and identify friction points. We sit down with all the stakeholders, analyze contracts, SOP, workflow instructions, etc. We ask all the uncomfortable questions.
We strategize, discuss internally, propose different solutions and action plans for different layers of the process; intervene at individual, team, and system levels.
Our approach is iterative and improves every level of the operations we work with. That is, financial, operations, leadership, production, QA, Customer Success and sales.
