Accounting & Business Consultants (ABC), Inc. was incorporated in 1984, and represents over 60 years of corporate, small business and non-profit experience. It is a 100% minority owned business. The owners of the company are Timothy B. Clay and Deryck A. Ferrier. Mr. Clay and Mr. Ferrier became partners in 2000. Both are Enrolled Agents licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
