Independently owned and operated for nearly 60 years, with a rich regional history, Account Resolution Team was established in Morristown, Tennessee in 1962. Since that time, ART continues to provide cutting-edge collections solutions to many states in the Southeast, all supported by a staff with more than 70 years of experience.

Formerly known as Tri-County Collection Agency (TCCA INC) and its subsidiary Credit Bureau of East Tennessee, the company was renamed to Account Resolution Team, Inc. in 2015 to reflect its broader mission: “to resolve accounts efficiently and help businesses run more smoothly“.
