Affinity has been running payroll for businesses in Australia and New Zealand since 1984. Payroll only - no HR suite, no accounting software with payroll tagged on. One thing, for 40 years.

In 1987 we were the first company to connect electronic timeclocks to a payroll system. We were early on self-service. Early on cloud payroll software. If there's a pattern there it's that we pay attention to where payroll is going, not where it's been.

ANZ payroll is complicated. Modern awards, STP compliance, Payday Super, KiwiSaver, multi-entity structures, workers across multiple sites and roles. We work with businesses that have straightforward payroll and businesses where payroll keeps the internal team up at night. Both are fine. The difference is that the complex stuff doesn't slow us down.

We work with organisations from around 100 employees upward. Some run payroll themselves using our platform. Some want their team backed by ours. Some hand it over entirely. We're set up for all of it.
