Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C.'s roots were planted in the central U.S. more than 75 years ago through our predecessor firm. A strong emphasis on both technical excellence and client service brought steady growth to the firm over the years, leading to a 15-year affiliation with a national CPA firm. In 1987, six entrepreneurial partners recognized an opportunity to combine the highly skilled accounting and consulting professionals and the specialized services available within a larger firm with the relationship-building focus of a smaller, independently owned organization; this formed the basis of AGH today.
