AI25.Studio is a Warsaw-based, full-cycle AI video production studio creating cinematic commercials, branded films, social media campaigns, product videos, visual experiences and original content for global brands, creative agencies, production companies and technology partners.

We combine generative AI with more than 10 years of experience in commercial filmmaking, creative direction, live-action production, 3D, CGI, VFX, motion design and professional post-production. Our approach is built around real production knowledge - not only prompting. Every project is developed with attention to storytelling, art direction, cinematography, lighting, composition, character consistency, camera movement, editing rhythm and final delivery quality.

Our team manages the complete production process from the first creative idea to the finished film. We support clients with research, concept development, scriptwriting, visual treatments, moodboards, storyboards, animatics, keyframes, AI generation, live-action integration, 3D production, compositing, editing, colour grading, sound design, voice-over, music selection and adaptation for different platforms and markets.

AI25.Studio works across several production models. We create fully AI-generated films, hybrid productions that combine real footage with AI environments and visual effects, traditional live-action projects enhanced with AI, and complex campaigns involving 3D, CGI, motion design or VFX. This flexibility allows us to choose the most effective workflow for each creative idea instead of forcing every project into the same production method.

Our capabilities include cinematic text-to-video and image-to-video generation, photorealistic AI video, visual development, consistent characters and products, digital humans, custom LoRA training, AI animation, virtual environments, green-screen integration, background replacement, face and talent adaptation, generative VFX, 3D and CGI, compositing, motion graphics, multilingual voice production and complete post-production.

We work with modern AI and production technologies including Google Veo, Kling, Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway, Luma, ComfyUI, FLUX, Krea, Magnific, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine and ElevenLabs. Our workflow combines fast generative experimentation with the technical control required for professional advertising and branded content.

Every project is senior-led and handled by a flexible team of creative directors, AI artists, producers, editors, VFX artists, 3D specialists, motion designers, sound designers and filmmakers. Depending on the scope, we can operate as an independent production studio or integrate into an agency or production company’s existing workflow.

We place strong emphasis on transparent communication, clearly defined production stages, realistic timelines and reliable delivery. Our process is structured around creative development, production checkpoints, client feedback, quality control and final technical preparation for digital, social, broadcast, presentation and streaming formats.

AI25.Studio also takes responsible AI production seriously. We use rights-aware workflows, controlled visual references, licensed production tools, documented project processes and professional legal support for AI-related agreements and intellectual property matters. The studio carries professional and IP liability insurance with coverage of up to PLN 2,000,000 and has signed the EU Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content.

We do not see AI as a shortcut or a replacement for creativity. We use it as a new production layer that expands what filmmakers, agencies and brands can create. Our goal is to deliver work that feels cinematic, emotionally engaging and commercially effective - not simply “AI-generated.”
