AIMOps pairs technology advisory with hands-on delivery. We design the architecture, write the code, and maintain what we ship: AI agents that read documents and act inside your systems, integrations that connect your tools into one flow of data, and web applications built in Next.js and TypeScript.

We start with a diagnosis: what data you hold, where it disagrees, and which processes only look necessary. Then we widen the scope once the first step has paid for itself. Founded by Aleksander Szulc, who also runs operations for a 200+ tenant commercial property portfolio, AIMOps brings operational context most tech vendors don’t have. We know what a process handled by hand across a large team looks like, and what breaks in it once software takes over.
