2 British Entrepreneurs requested our support to turn a Minimum Viable Product into a running web app dealing with real-estate media edition. Among primary business features, the application included a pretty complex workflow between users (in UK), administrators and providers (graphic editors in SEA), with due authentications, user-type rights, a custom pricing system and algorithm, and finally connected with a third-party invoicing module and social media. Other features were to be added later on...

Based on the requirements, Aioneers designed from the ground up a custom architecture using the Laravel framework, which was chosen for its security, flexibility, affordability and scalability, connected to robust and geo-agnostic Amazon Web Services.

The AioTeam totally adopted the entrepreneurs' style, reaching a synergy which made it possible to collaborate as in-house, and allowing to stick to the initial budget and timeline. Overall, a success for this web app which Aiosphere has been maintaining and scaling for 3 years, with the recent adding of AI features based on the OpenAI API. To be continued...

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Aiosphere and were impressed with their response time, technical expertise, and communication. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to offer proactive services like routine server health checks or security audits, which can prevent incidents like this from occurring in the first place. Having said that, the incident we faced was due to our internal mistake, not a lapse in service on their part. After this incident, they did advise us on preventative measures and we have since implemented these. Aiosphere could consider offering such services as a standard part of their offering to further enhance their client's security and peace of mind

File Recovery: Aiosphere then worked on recovering or reconstructing the deleted configuration files. This likely involved locating any backups of the files or, if not available, recreating them based on the website's requirements and the server's settings.

Server Restoration: With the config files restored, Aiosphere was able to bring the website back online. This would have involved configuring the server to recognize the restored files, restarting the server, and then ensuring the website was functioning correctly.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What I appreciated most about Aiosphere was their rapid response time and comprehensive approach to problem-solving. When our website went down due to accidental deletion of key configuration files, they quickly assembled a skilled team to diagnose and address the issue. They not only focused on immediate resolution but also looked at the larger picture by implementing long-term solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
