A while after Aiosphere's team handed over to us the maintenance of the e-commerce they had built from scratch, we've faced a critical issue where key configuration files on our AWS EC2 server were accidentally deleted, resulting in a complete shutdown of our website. The speed of their response and the efficiency with which they handled the situation were remarkable. They worked on enhancing our server security and implementing a robust backup strategy, ensuring that our system is not only restored but also fortified against potential issues down the line.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Aiosphere and were impressed with their response time, technical expertise, and communication. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to offer proactive services like routine server health checks or security audits, which can prevent incidents like this from occurring in the first place. Having said that, the incident we faced was due to our internal mistake, not a lapse in service on their part. After this incident, they did advise us on preventative measures and we have since implemented these. Aiosphere could consider offering such services as a standard part of their offering to further enhance their client's security and peace of mind
