AiqZon Technologies Pvt Ltd. was founded in 2017 with the aim to provide a one-stop solution for practically everything digital. We have an experienced and highly qualified team of professionals to provide you assistance with multiple and service-based products. We assist with services that include Web Design, Web Development, E-commerce Development, Mobile Application Development for Android and iOS, Mobile Games, IoT building automation solutions, Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, & SMO campaigns, and VR / AR App. Both the owners of AiqZon have been sincerely working and active in the IT, Software field since 2013. AiqZon was initially named M&C Software Consultancy which we used to provide Software Related consultancy Support, but later its name was changed to AiqZon. The aim of our company is to be counted amongst the top 100 IT companies All Over the World.

What is the story behind starting this company?

We wanted to develop an easy interface between the client and our Team so that we can assist them with ease and in return charge a reasonable cost from them. We aimed to develop a highly qualified and professional team that make sure to give proper solution to the customer and follow up till they are satisfied with the services. We believe in doing work with professionalism and leaving no stones unturned. With our right intent only it has become possible that we have moved forward and currently building a happy customer base.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

Our Company currently has 30+ In-house team. By the end of this respective year, our team is expected to grow to a number of 50+ In-house teams. Every person working in our organization has been designated to work according to their expertise. Each person has specialized in his/her work. We believe in perfectionism and to achieve the same, sometimes we also do Outsource certain projects(only which our team does not have specialization in). We have a very easy-to-understand business model and client interface.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

Our Company has a lot of pros that give it an edge over other companies but mainly the factor that differentiates us from other companies of the same field is our approach towards any project. We give our blood and sweat to every project and treat every project as our priority. For us, customer feedback matters a lot, every employee makes sure to follow up on every query of our customer and resolve it. The keen listening skills of our employees make sure that customer is comfortable in explaining the problems and discussing the solutions. This is a unique USP of our company due to which we can better every aspect of our company.

We are a growing company and our expert team is capable of doing exactly what we promise to deliver. We don't make false promises and claims that we cannot do. We have a good experience in this industry and work with positive intent on every project.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

Our team gives its best on every project and works on a system. But since we are a growing company, we do need customer feedback so that we can better ourselves in every aspect. Customer Satisfaction and feedback matter a lot to us. Customer Satisfaction Rate according to our company is 90%. we have an easy customer interface and that is among the main reason, we can grow at such a pace. We aim to increase the customer satisfaction rate to 95-100%. Our consistent efforts in this direction of improvement will surely make us achieve our target very soon.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Our main focus is resolving digital problems faced by people. For the same, many clients approach us. Our team makes sure to follow up on every query and resolve it as soon as possible. We have a team of experts who handle every query and issue with pure professionalism and enthusiasm. We focus on giving the best quality services to our clients. For us, every query of the customer is important, major or minor. The kind of payment structure varies from project to project. Many factors decide on payment structure and also the requirement of the client plays a major role. Most of the time pay per project and Fixed Cost are preferred as a payment structure but in some cases, other structures are also taken into existence. We believe in creating an easy client interface so the mode of payment structure is decided in such a way that clients do not face any complications. The payment amount and mode are made clear to the customer prior we start working on any project.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Like almost every other company, our company also has some basic budget requirements that every project needs to fit in that. The basic budget requirement of our company is 1000 USD. We have a team of professionals and a growing company, we have worked for many big Giant firms all over the World. We are looking forward and focused on the positive growth of our company. Our company has shown decent growth in the previous years including last year i.e 2021. The minimum price range of the project that we catered to in 2021 was 1000 USD. Whereas the maximum price range of the project that we catered to in 2021 was 500,000 USD. We have been growing at a decent pace in this field and have successfully provided solutions to our national and international client base. Our team of professionals makes sure to maintain the trust of every client. We are dedicated to working on the same and we will soon be able to achieve our long-term goals.
