Headquartered in San Francisco, United States, ALLSTARSIT has established development hubs strategically located across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Additionally, we have sales offices in Israel, the UAE (Dubai), and Germany, allowing us to cater to a wide range of clients worldwide. With a team of over 1,000 highly skilled software engineers and tech specialists spread across our various locations, we are well-equipped to meet our clients' unique needs and challenges.

What is the story behind starting this company?
At the beginning of my career, while managing technical work, I came across local service providers in the emerging field of outstaffing. Recognizing the potential, I envisioned establishing a globally recognized and advanced service that delivered top-notch outstaffing solutions. My goal was to help unicorns and leading tech giants scale their operations by connecting them with the best market talents.
ALLSTARSIT was born in Israel in 2004. In light of its high-quality service, we quickly partnered with dozens of leading international clients operating in Israel through a local development center.
These companies have paved the way for breaking into international markets and establishing the company in Eastern Europe as a center and fertile ground for developing talent groups that serve the best leading companies in the industry to this day.
After establishing its major centers in Ukraine and Poland, the company continued its global expansion strategy, opening additional centers in Eastern Europe and an international development center in Dubai. ALLSTARSIT now has software development and testing centers and technical support in India, the Philippines, and Latin America. It is currently the largest offshore outstaffing service company in Israel and the only one able to provide services 24/7, thanks to its employees spread across all time zones.
With over 1,000 talented teammates spread across our international locations, we are proud to drive innovation forward daily. None above, because we are doing outstaffing. We use the Cost Plus Model which emphasizes the transparent way of working with clients.
