The company employs a significant number of people with disabilities which directly affects the company’s business needs and workflow. The Company’s software is designed in conformance with AAA level web standards, so employees with special needs can easily use it,  regardless of their disabilities.

Project goal

Solution

To streamline the assessment workflow, the AWG team has come up with automation solutions for each step of the process.

We have implemented an online booking system that allows clients to check the calendar for available time slots and book assessments in a few clicks.

Report creation has been automated with the unique software installed on the assessor’s tablets.

Once the assessment is done and the report is created, a list of recommendations will be generated automatically based on data provided by the assessor.

The assessment software has a screen-reader and other necessary features to make the work of employees with special needs easy and convenient. 

Result

The client has received a unique software solution that optimized assessment workflow. With the new software, we have automated assessment processes, so they now can be done in a few clicks. Thanks to the update the company has increased its productivity, reduced the amount of manual work and cut its operational cost.

The client requested website improvements to speed up content and structure management. The old website didn’t allow creating pages with a complex block structure and managing content without breaking design. Those problems made content management slow and inefficient. Specifically, it was impossible to change the content keeping the design intact. This created huge problems for content management. Specifically, managers found it hard to manage the content because any changes to the text changed the design. 

Project goal

  • separate design and layout and the content so that the content manager could edit the content while keeping all blocks' design and structure intact.

Solution

AWG redesigned the corporate website using Drupal modules to control layouts from the administrative panel. There are additional modules such as Layout Builder, Panels, Display Suite, etc. Using these modules, we can create different layouts, but these modules do not allow us to customize the block itself. We needed to pick a suitable starter theme so that the amount of custom CSS code is minimized. We chose to use additional modules, such as the modules Layout Builder, Panels, Display Suite, etc. Using these modules, we can create different layouts, but these modules do not allow us to configure the block itself. We had to choose a suitable starter theme to minimize the amount of adjusted CSS code.

Result

As a result of the website renewal, AWG created the pages with a complex structure of blocks using a complex layout system without changing the code. Such an approach increased the effectiveness of developing separate pages of the website, and we also could separate the content from the layout. The best feedback for the approach is illustrated by the block created with not a single line of the custom code added.

Our client is an international corporation operating in the home supply sector. The company is present in more than 180 countries across the world and over 200 brands in various industries.

Project goal

The main goal of this project is to increase content managers' productivity by improving the website content management system. After a CMS update, managers must be able to create and update pages design without coding. An additional requirement was to separate the page design from its content, so managers could modify content without breaking the block structure.

Solution To meet the client’s needs, the AWG team came up with an Elementor page builder module. Elementor is developed to make website content and design management fast and simple, even for an employee without coding knowledge. Thanks to this solution managers are able to modify the content and customize website design (breakpoint, font, content width) in a few clicks. Besides, a manager can create a responsive design for multiple devices. After setting this feature, CMS will automatically scale content to fit the device screen size to provide website visitors with an excellent user experience.

Result

With a comprehensive layout system developed by the AWG team, managers are able to create and update pages with a complex block structure without using a single line of custom code. As a result, the Company has improved its web design, increased productivity, and reduced web development cost. According to the client, after the CMS update, the company reduced up to 50%.

Project goal 

This project aims to create a digital education platform to upskill healthcare specialists and support the Disease Awareness Program in a country-specific manner. To improve the content management system, the client requested AWG to develop functionality to display presentations in a slideshow format on a website.

Solution

we develop a feature that enables content managers to upload presentation files in PDF format. This way we avoided long R&D processes for the development of a new solution from scratch.

With this solution, website users can upload the presentation and add additional information such as presentation name, description, category, and country of availability in the presentation creation form. After the form is filled and saved, the system converts presentation slides into images displayed in a carousel format.

The content manager also can easily modify slides data on the edit tab, including references and notes what will be visible on future presentation slides:

The AWG team has improved the client’s web platform, by developing unique slideshow functionality with third-party system integration. The client has received a stable and cost-efficient solution, which is also perfect in terms of functionality and web design.

The client requested website personalization to create a customized user experience, adapted to site visitor needs and demands. Website personalization can be based on past user behavior, demographic and geographic data, or other characteristics. In the client’s case, a different type of content will appear based on user type (ex. registered/not registered, moderator/curator).

Solution

AWG has developed multiple page designs and integrate functionality that would allow displaying customized pages based on the chosen user criteria. To implement this feature, our team used the Page Manager module, which allows the website administrator to easily create and manage a custom layout for various user types.

Result

Thanks to our solution, managers can easily edit content and create new pages using the developed templates and proposed techniques, thus reducing the time and cost of content management. Data structure
The developed service processes data from the CSV file that can be uploaded with the special import form. The AWG team has designed a data structure based on the product parameters, where each field stores information about a particular product attribute.

Importing system
According to the client’s requirement, the “Product Import” form includes the advanced settings which allow a selective data update. Thanks to this solution, the service can perform the import of any or combination of the following options: all products, selected products, categories, prices, producer information, pictures, brochures, delivery information.

Product import and update
Every product has various configurations based on multiple product parameters such as 3d sizes, wood type, color, etc. Each product variation has unique parameters and prices based on materials cost, tax range, etc. Once all parameters are set and saved, the product will be automatically created.

Result

The client has received a flexible and expandable data import system to prevent any errors and minimize data management time and cost. With a new service, managers can update website content in a few clicks.  Once customers have gotten the opportunity to make an online order through the website store, the company has increased customer satisfaction, conversion and speed up the sales process.
