Altavilla and Associates LLC was founded in 1985 and is the successor to a CPA firm owned and operated for over forty years by my father, Lawrence T. Altavilla, Sr. I have continued my father's tradition of providing quality tax & accounting services to individuals and businesses in the Connecticut (CT) & New England area.

We are members of the American Institute of CPA's, the Connecticut Society of CPA's and the AICPA Quality Review Program. The primary responsibility of all member CPA firms is to undergo a comprehensive review of each firm's accounting and auditing practice by a qualified independent CPA Firm every 3 years. We have continued to receive an unqualified opinion on our reviews since the program's inception in 1990. This achievement is evidence of how our professional peers judge the CPA firm's work standards, ethics and business methods.
