What Users Like The Most
What stands out about American Web Factory is their ability to blend creativity with functionality. They truly understood my app's purpose and translated it into an engaging user experience.
These people listen down to the last word. Before them, I had discussed the job with two more Web Makers and while they were all full of options they were trying to just force their templates/premade websites on me. The team at American Web Factory had the patience to listen to what I wanted and understood precisely what a Women’s Accessories website should look and function like. Plus, their technical understanding of small and big features to add to the website is great.
Hands down the company's creativity and technical expertise. They were able to capture the essence of our business and Mr. Smith’s (The owner) and translated our boring website into an incredibly intuitive and smart looking one.
What Users Like The Least
While the final outcome was fantastic, there were a few delays during the development process that I believe could be minimized with improved project management.
Incorporating more frequent progress updates during the development phase would enhance transparency and keep clients informed. I don’t know much about tech but since it was my website my experience would have been a hundred times better if they kept me in the loop of the technical fixes of my website.
While the final result was exceptional, there were a few minor delays in the initial development phase. I might partially take the blame for not communicating well but once they gave me another project manager, everything was breeze. But still a little improved project timeline management would be beneficial.
We offer custom built furniture and it was necessary that our website conveyed open communication and ease of access that we offer. The website design and development provided by American Web Factory is an exceptional upgrade that is being loved. I can tell by the increased number of clients I am getting in the past three month. They understood what we wanted our vision and transformed it into a sleek and user-friendly website which was something very similar to the furniture we make. It perfectly represents our furniture shop. The attention to detail, specially about how they placed the photos of our furniture was literally something we did not think of. Also they were ready and prompt in communication throughout the process. The addition of the payment system they added to our website has really made us easy to increase our sales of the decorative items we sell. The online orders are more than we thought we’d get. Definitely worth the money they charged.

Seamless Website Launch!
"Working with American Web Factory on our accessory website design and development project was a relief. Their team's professionalism and commitment to delivering on time, within the budget, and the creative input they are capable of was remarkable. The website we got at the end is surely a killer one and has appreciably increased our orders up to about 7% in the first month alone end product is stunning. It is smooth, and vivid and functions exceptionally.
They added an entirely new and brilliant pop-up style display on my website which is doing a far better job of showing the dainty products like the earrings, and studs that I wanted to show clearly on my website. On top of that, almost everything on the website is animated in some form or manner which makes my website quite interactive."

I sell accessories and during the COVID wanted to sell online, as the malls were shut. I needed a fast and modern and responsive website to sell my products. I wanted a website that could facilitate online sales and could be equipped enough to automate the process of orders as I am not quite the best salesman myself and cant quite talk to people. Needless to say they did a fine job of it. My online stores makes about 18 to 19% more than my shop.
