Our customers are really happy to see the result of our cooperation. We write really clean code. We guarantee the quality that we can define as premium, and which we ourselves can be proud of.
Our mission is respectfully and honestly working on high-value software products along with customers to serve their business needs.

Let me tell you about Slava’s Role in our company ;)
Slava works as a technical visionary of Anadea. He is a very strong and passionate technician with a powerful understanding of modern technologies, trends, and their applicability to the business.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
The idea was to create a company that applies technical knowledge to complex business challenges. We did a number of projects together and understood the similarity of our technical vision and pragmatic approach to innovations and emerging technologies.
The company was started on December 17, 2000, under another brand Anahoret, which we later changed to Anadea. The company still retains the main values of those times: respect and honesty, freedom to choose tools and technologies for solving the task, professional pride, and confidence in our expertise.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Well, somewhat tricky question, as actually, we provide product development outsourcing services. We work for our customers with our in-house developers in our development offices around the world.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Our working method is based on close and constant interaction with the customer. Our team works with the customers to achieve a full understanding of both technical and business aspects of the project. We develop the product together with the customer step by step, iteratively, and each subsequent iteration is based on the experience of the previous one.
We focus on a deep understanding of the business value of every feature we develop. Our approach gives the customer full transparency - what tasks the team is working on. Based on the needs of the business, the customer has the ability to steer the development process. The customer can change the direction of the project and give the team new tasks at any time. The team quickly responds to new requirements, helping the customer to prioritize them based on our experience.
Our customers mention in reviews our flexibility in communication with them and ease of doing business with us.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
We have deep industry expertise in Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Sports, Travel, eCommerce, and Retail. But we are always open to new challenges. We have many customers who stay with us for years and trust us with their new projects.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.
We always try to deliver the first working release of the web app in under three months. Usually it is possible with the help of the customer to identify a minimum viable product to have a fists release in this timeframe. Then we can plan a second release in another 2-3 months adding features based on feedback from using the app.
Of course certain features require significant effort and carry an extra risk for the project, like supporting multiple languages or multiple currencies or integration with third party services.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
Last few years the frontend is the king and takes the lion share of effort, while the backend stays relatively simple and straightforward interface to database. Obviously, when considering UI and the difficulty in choosing the most beautiful design, we understand that the frontend development requires more attention and thus effort.
Nowadays the web development is driven by the frontend and UI, and backend follows to support it.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application?
As a custom software development company we build custom solutions with libraries and frameworks, like React, Ruby on Rails, and others. The choice strongly depends on technical requirements and long-term goals. We are always thinking about business needs and project maintainability.
Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?
Anadea’s developers are proficient in React, Vue, Angular, Node, RoR, Django, Scala, Kotlin, Spring, Hibernate, Phoenix, and a range of other frameworks. Talking about new technologies, Anadea follows emerging technology trends. We do Machine Learning, NLP and Chatbots, Computer Vision, Audio detection and localization and many more using state-of-the-art Deep Learning techniques. Thanks to the team’s proficiency, Anadea provides high-quality and clean code. We claim that the high class of the final product is a value for the Anadea company.
Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
We always build unique and new designs for each of our customers and we never use canned templates. Our UX/UI team is too good for it. They stay on the verge of the latest trends and produce the most current and outstanding visuals and overall user experience for our delighted customers.
As modern websites are accessed via mobile devices by most of the users, we always build responsive web pages layouts that look gorgeous on any screen size. We are confident that we do the best responsive design solutions on a market.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?
Usually we use custom-built websites which include the content-management capabilities tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Sometimes, by the customer’s request, we deploy Wordpress along with the app, as it becomes a standard tool for blogs.
Do you provide website maintenance services?
Sure we provide maintenance and support for the websites and apps we built. Usually our customers keep working with our dev team continuously adding new features and further improving and growing their product.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?
The cost of the web application is not “decided” by us - it’s usually a business decision made by the customer - what part of their budget they are going to spend on development and what on marketing and promotion of their website. The actual development cost is measured as an effort (time) spent on the development.
Many of our customers admit the preciseness of estimation and the ability to adjust to a preliminary budget, as well as stick to deadlines and deliver timely.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have a very straightforward and transparent billing system: each Monday we send the customer an invoice for the time spent by the team on their project. As the team composition is quite stable, the hourly rate is fixed and our engineers work full-time (40 hours) on the project, the weekly development budget varies very little, which allows the customer to easily plan their spending ahead of time.
For new projects we offer a money-back guarantee. We return money to the customer after two weeks of cooperation if the customer is not satisfied with our service.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
On average, we work with budgets of about $50,000. As for the minimum requirement, there were a few projects starting at $20,000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
The minimal price range of a project in 2019 was about $50k. We have long-term partnership relationships with our customers who put into the development of their projects about $200K for the previous year.
