It was efficient and reliable to work with Ancor on numerous occasions.

From the get-go, I was given timely updates on the status of the driver who would be picking up my load in Richmond and he arrived and picked up the load smoothly. As he left my yard, I was emailed a tracking link that shows not only real-time location of the load as it continues, but also statistics such as current speed and real-time traffic updates all located on the tracking system provided to me by Ancor. From there, delivery was efficient as their driver arrived between the allocated date and time of the appointment set earlier and no issues occurred throughout the journey. Will continue to give my business to these guys who I know I can trust with my cargo going forward.

Describe your project in brief

It was a pleasure dealing with Ancor Transport. Bal, the head dispatcher, was very honest and easy to communicate with about rates and timelines of delivery. They had provided me with real-time tracking of the load and promptly replied to all necessary emails in a timely manner. I have been giving my business to Ancor for about 2 years now and can say that I will continue to work with them in the foreseeable future.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They are very trustworthy, which is becoming quite rare in the transportation industry where everyone is trying to lowball or give false hope about being able to take the cargo so that was a plus. They are also fair in their rates they provide as they will not give egregious pricing but rather market rates.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was nothing that stood out to me to not like about this company except maybe their truck yard is quite busy and can be hard to navigate and locate where your load may be stored or awaiting the driver to pickup.
