  • While the service is excellent, the cost could be a bit lower. The monthly software fee is a bit steep, but it’s understandable given the quality of service they provide.

Our experience with ShipHype has been very positive. We relied on them not only for warehousing our inventory but also for shipping orders to major platforms like Amazon and Walmart.com, along with some individual customer orders. ShipHype's systems are efficient, and their customer service representatives consistently responded quickly and professionally to our requests.

One key service we used was polybagging, and I was impressed with how fast they handled it. None of our requests ever took longer than expected, which really helped keep our operations running smoothly. They always maintained a high level of professionalism and delivered on time.

The only downside I’d mention is that ShipHype isn’t the cheapest option out there. For example, there’s a $200 per month software fee, which can add up. However, considering the quality of service, I believe paying slightly more is worth it.

Ship Hype has been an efficient and reliable partner in scaling our fulfillment operations.

We’ve been using Ship Hype for about nine months, and overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the experience. Initially, we began working with them when our order volume grew to about 500–800 orders per month, and we could no longer manage fulfillment in-house. Today, we’re shipping around 8,000 orders per month, and Ship Hype has been able to handle this growth seamlessly.

Even on high-volume days, when we have 500–1,000 orders, Ship Hype gets our packages out either the same day or the next. Our customers frequently comment on how quickly their orders are fulfilled, and we’ve experienced very few errors that can be attributed to the fulfillment center. Packages consistently arrive in excellent condition.

Our account manager, Maathushan, has been particularly outstanding. He’s highly responsive and has become a great partner in helping us navigate this new chapter of our business.

Like with any growing partnership, we encountered some initial challenges. As we were new to working with a fulfillment center, there were some "growing pains" in the beginning. I would advise anyone starting this process to really dive deep into understanding the setup process and payment structure. Being thorough here can save you from surprises later on.
