We collaborated with Nadace České spořitelny to launch Skoala, an innovative digital platform redefining financial education.

Through a deep Product Discovery phase and Design Sprints, we pivoted from a simple learning game to a comprehensive resource hub for both students and teachers.

Built on a scalable React and Node.js architecture with AWS infrastructure, the platform now serves over 9,000 teachers and 3,000 schools, offering 100+ interactive materials while meeting the highest accessibility and security standards.

We transformed an ambitious idea into a market-leading AI language tutor for Jakub Čáslava (Kubova English). In just four months, we built a mobile app featuring AI avatars with real-time lip-sync, human-like voice synthesis, and interactive lesson plans.

The project achieved a full return on investment within its first month of launch and maintains a 4.9-star rating from thousands of users.

We partnered with FTMO, the world leader in modern prop trading, to modernise their infrastructure during a period of explosive growth.

We successfully transitioned their monolithic system into a high-performance microservices architecture on Google Cloud Platform. By implementing a fully automated Kubernetes solution and a robust OIDC identity provider, we helped FTMO secure and scale their platform to support over 2.9 million registered users while maintaining 100% operational continuity.

We partnered with DHL to design and develop a suite of internal applications that make warehouse operations run more smoothly.

By embedding into their product teams, we delivered custom software for Zebra handheld devices tailored for real-world conditions—ensuring scanning, tracking, and truck monitoring are seamless even in high-speed environments. From intuitive mobile UX for workers on the floor to complex desktop permission management for admins, our work improved daily efficiency and workflow clarity across DHL's core operations.

We helped launch BankID, a nationwide platform for digital identity verification in the Czech Republic.

In under 12 months, we built a highly secure, modular system using Java and React that now serves over 4 million users. By prioritising OIDC standards and a robust developer portal, we ensured seamless integration for hundreds of service providers and the country’s major banks.
