About Project

The owner of an online store selling hookahs, tobacco, and accessories faced the problem of low sales. The old site, created on a simple constructor without technical SEO optimization, did not attract new customers or appear in search results. In addition, the constructor did not allow the required functionality to be added.

We developed a new website based on the client's design hosted on OpenCart. Our task included creating new functionality using the latest web development techniques, technical SEO optimization, and speed optimization. We implemented custom workflows, a bonus system, Nova Poshta integration, and advanced reporting features. Additionally, we ensured technical SEO and speed optimization, achieving high scores on Google Page Speed for all devices.

1. Step-by-step registration constructor. A dynamic registration form has been developed that automatically adjusts the steps and questions based on user data. This helps to automate the process of collecting information from customers, increasing efficiency and reducing the number of errors. The system includes the calculation of prices and display of service packages depending on the questions and countries, as well as the collection of company data with the ability to upload documents, which makes the registration process more transparent and understandable for customers.
2. Individual customer accounts. For effective customer interaction with the service, individual accounts have been created that allow customers to track registration progress and receive the necessary information in real-time.
3. Admin panel of the manager. We have developed an admin panel for managers that allows them to effectively manage orders, increasing team productivity and simplifying internal control processes.
4. Scalability and flexibility. We have developed a system that is easily expandable and supports adding new languages and implementing changes without the need to involve developers. This provides the ability to quickly adapt to the new market requirements and business growth.
5. Order processing system. A reliable order management and processing system has been created, taking into account changes in documents. It is now possible to upload existing documents individually or as a single archive, which improves the customer service process and reduces the time for order fulfillment.

The new platform transformed Fintech Harbor operations by automating registration processes, integrating secure payment methods, and enabling personalized client accounts. 

Managers benefited from an optimized admin panel for better order management. The scalable system also allowed quick adaptations to market demands, improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Thanks to the automated collection of customer information, order qualification and processing times have increased by fourfold. Now, one manager can invest less time per client, serving significantly more customers.

The client had an incomplete and non-functional website left by the previous provider. Our client needed a reliable partner to successfully launch their online store. Our team conducted a thorough technical audit and quickly started redesigning the key pages - the homepage, products, and catalog. We reviewed and fixed the errors left by the previous developer, paying special attention to the broken shopping cart. By rewriting the cart functionality from scratch, we restored its basic operation.
