I hired them for clearance services. It was their job to clear cargo from customs.

They repeatedly lied about the status of the shipment. When we told Mr. A that we had an AirTag on in the cargo he perked up a bit. Then they stalled delivering the cargo. It took 15 hours for them to get the cargo out of customs a delivered.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Start with telling the truth about the status, delivery possibilities and timing

They pestered my about a wire payment when all they had to do was call their bank
