Our EOR service covers the full employment lifecycle: localised contracts, payroll, tax withholding, statutory benefits, social security, visa and immigration support where required, and end-to-end compliance with local labour law. Clients direct the day-to-day work of their team while we take on the legal and administrative responsibility of being the employer of record in each market.

The team is internationally distributed across Europe, the USA, and the GCC, supporting clients in their own time zones. Aspirock's approach is hands-on and personalised: every client has a named point of contact, and contracts, onboarding, and ongoing compliance are tailored to the specific market rather than templated.
