Astra Via is an AI consultancy based in Dubai that takes AI from pilot to production across MENA. It designs, builds and runs AI workflows inside the teams that run the business: sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Most organisations in the region already use AI. Few have a workflow in production. The model is rarely the constraint; integration, data, approvals, governance, ownership and economics are. Astra Via works on those layers, inspired by the forward-deployed engineering model: people embedded in the client's team, shipping in the client's own tools, with every result read against a baseline.

Three services follow one method:

• Advisory: AI strategy and AI audit. Every process in a function reviewed, a business case per candidate use case, a ranked roadmap the client owns.
• Implementation: AI workflow automation and AI agents taken to production. Live in weeks, measured against a baseline.
• Training: corporate AI training on ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and Gemini. On site, in English or French.

Workflows run in the client's tenant and regional cloud, with human approval on anything that touches customers, money or contracts. The client owns the code, the prompts and the documentation.
