Ausca was founded in 2022 by a team of IT professionals who spent years inside large consultancies and got tired of bloated processes, recycled solutions, and clients treated like ticket numbers. We left to build something different. With 20+ years of combined experience across international projects, we started Ausca in Vilnius to offer what big firms can't: a personal, hands-on approach to AI, automation, and Power Platform projects. Our name means North Star in old Lithuanian.
