My experience with the company has been seamless and great. I was in quest of a good warehousing solution and that's when I bumped into AWL India. I was surprised by how easy and automated the system was. Right from the picking tools to the inventory management, the AI-powered smart warehousing solution impressed me big. The sensors and scanners in place ensured accurate real-time access to data. Hence, keeping an eye on my stored goods was easier than expected.

I must admit that I was slightly skeptical of the automated warehouse management system. My previous experience with a different warehouse solution was not good. Hence, I did expect slight flaws, a lack of discernibility, and technical lags. As a professional dispatcher, finding a safe space to stock and pile products is always a need of the hour. On point automation, precise inventory control, and flexible cloud-based management of stocks offered by AWL India has made our business operations incredibly smooth.

As a popular consumer brand, our company is always in need of a well-maintained warehousing solution. AWL India's warehouses and services has been a boon to our operations. All our supplies were stored in an ideal facility that ensured little to no damage at all. Also, quick and accurate real-time tracking of our inventory made it easy to keep a check on the number of the stored goods.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Seamless organization and end-to-end services to ensure that the goods are well-kept and safe.

Prompt customer service. The wait time was less and instant updates were provided.

Tracking the status of goods stored was easy. The AI-powered service is truly commendable.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I only hope that the company keeps expanding their warehouse space to accommodate more goods.

The best thing about AWL India is its tailored solutions. I contacted them for a last-minute service for my consignment, and I was super impressed that they were eager to help me out. I earlier had doubts regarding their quality when I hired them as it was spontaneous and desperate. AWL India has operations throughout the country and has a very simple operational conduct that they follow.

They provided me with easy accessibility to my product shipment status, and their tracker was working quite fine as it was able to update the information consistently. I personally liked the professionalism that was followed throughout the process. You understand how crucial it is to maintain the flow of information.

The delivery was right on time even though it was a long-distance one. They have got their trucks in first-class condition, which you might find hard these days; GPS tracking was perfectly working, and 24/7 support for handling end-to-end completion.

To facilitate this, we partnered with AWL India so that our products could reach our audience faster and hassle-free. Their presence across the nation helped us in the distribution of our products to our designated distributors.
