BASMA Global (بصمة غلوبال) is an Istanbul-based air freight and customs clearance company shipping from Türkiye to the six Gulf countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Personal parcels, luggage and excess baggage are shipped at published prices (https://basma.global/prices/). Commercial goods to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait are delivered to the door with customs clearance and paperwork handled by BASMA, including cosmetics, supplements and honey.

For e-commerce stores, BASMA operates warehouses in Dubai (Umm Ramool), Jeddah and Kuwait City, covering storage, order preparation, last-mile delivery and cash on delivery. Delivery is usually 2-5 days from the flight's departure.
