BBNC, is one of the fastest-growing online platforms that provides accounting, tax, compliance, and legal services across the globe to Individuals, Firms, startups, SMEs, and Corporates with a team of 20+ professionals. We help entrepreneurs convert their ideas into reality by setting up their dream companies. We are specialized in setting up foreign subsidiaries in India and help them in taking care of end-to-end compliance requirements.

What is the story behind starting this company?
I was a Finance and Tax Analyst with over a decade of work experience before BBNC happened. During those years, I observed the need for the financial services gap in the market. Ever since the pandemic happened, it was clear that the demand for online platforms and the use of technology in our daily organizational work are going to become the tools for the entity to overcome the barriers faced due to pandemics. BBNC provides several corporate services under one roof, virtually, so that the client doesn’t need to leave their safe spaces for getting their corporate targets achieved timely. Besides, I was also astounded by the low-quality service provided by various online platforms that are existing in the current market. BBNC has a team of expert professionals who are always ready to provide quality services to meet the client’s requirements, aiming to keep the turnaround time as low as possible. My target is to provide admirable service to our clientele, which not only keeps them on track and updated with the corporate actions that are required but also simultaneously helps them grow as an organization.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a majorly in-house Company and outsourcing is only for local licenses and registrations where we don’t operate physically. Our team consists of qualified professionals and their skills cover all the client’s needs from end to end.
Our main motto is to provide the best services to the clients who came to us with expectations. Client satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why I personally review most of the work done by the professionals before its delivered.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Despite having various competitors in the market, the amount of dedication we put into every client’s individual work is what sets us apart from the others. BBNC stands for its quality, reliability, and affordability of services.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
All the industries, individuals, and corporates require our services; however, we focus on startups and SMEs. We are proud to say that the clients who have availed of our services earlier have stuck with us since then.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
It is our aim to provide the best services at all times to our clientele. We strongly believe that our services & customer handling are much to user satisfaction. Such belief further strengthened when we saw an almost 90% rate of repetitive clients.
In order to aid our clients, we have a dedicated team of professionals to address all their queries and issues and we also implemented a single point of contact system for clients.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We take our commitment to helping our clients seriously, our dedicated team of professionals will get in touch with the clients within 24 Hrs of the issue raised with us. Apart from this, we also allot one of our executives as a single point of contact with our clientele to aid in increasing user satisfaction on a personal level.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)?
It is our business policy to charge clients on a project-based billing system for short-term projects like Registrations & Licenses., and we follow the Milestone billing system for long-term contracts like Accounting & Compliance services. In most cases, our billing structure includes the part payment as Advance (50%) before taking up the project and the rest will be paid after completion of the same.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes. We are inclined to accept all the requests from our clientele that meet our basic service package requirements. Our basic fare for services starts from 25 USD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020-21?
During the course of recent months, we have provided various services to our clientele. Professional fees for such services ranged between 25 USD to 20,000 USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Some Of my future goals for the next Ten years include becoming one of the leading fintech platforms in India. I’m also excited about the prospect of being an industry expert that others can come to for ideas, help, and strategy. I’ve had amazing mentors and managers in my past positions, so I’d like to take on a leadership role, to provide similar guidance to emerging entrepreneurs in the industry. I’d also like to further develop my organizational framework & structure to aid in providing a more user-friendly experience to all types of clientele around the world.
