Beinf

Beinf has provided us with exactly what we were looking for. They have analyzed our data, and provided us with data-based predictions together with a possible countermeasure. Now we have a report with user/customer profile, his level of risk, and “next best offer” from our portfolio that can be applied (additional support ours, change of manager, bonuses or free apps installation, training, etc.) At the beginning of the project Beinf team has done an in depth interview on our process and data system. All tasks were completed according to the project plan.

Working with Beinf was a positive experience. They helped us automate our data exchange, making it easy and reliable. They built an AI engine for us that now gives us useful predictions and insights from our data. They also set up a system to automatically check and update the AI engine to keep it working well. The project made our data management much better, saved us time and money, and received good feedback from our team. Beinf team was professional, communicated well, and was responsive to our needs throughout the project.

All is good. We have no problem with project management or communication. We receive regular updates on ongoing tasks. As of now there are no delays with deadlines. Dedicated team always answers our questions. All project processes are rather transparent and we always know what is going on with the project now. In general we are already really satisfied with the result we have received as it has taken up a huge part of manual work.

Beinf project team consisted of seven individuals. They began by defining the project scope, followed by a deep dive into our business processes. Then they established a shared logical framework for delivering results, culminating in their presentation of the final output. Beinf provided us with an analytical report and a Dashboard that allows us to monitor and interact with the prognosis results. This reporting system alerts us to customers at risk of leaving and potential high-risk insurance cases.
