Describe your project in brief
As a CRM system provider and integrator, it is very important for us to understand the level of satisfaction of our end users, both for current support and future projects. We are providing full support after implementation for B2B customers but this channel of collecting customer feedback our satisfaction level is not enough. We wanted to receive an “alarm†in case of a customer stopping usage of our product in general, or some features of it, before notice about the customer leaving. We need to build a solution that would calculate NPS, analyze end user behavior, and propose possible solutions that are applicable to the exact customer.
