As a CRM system provider and integrator, it is very important for us to understand the level of satisfaction of our end users, both for current support and future projects. We are providing full support after implementation for B2B customers but this channel of collecting customer feedback our satisfaction level is not enough. We wanted to receive an “alarm†in case of a customer stopping usage of our product in general, or some features of it, before notice about the customer leaving. We need to build a solution that would calculate NPS, analyze end user behavior, and propose possible solutions that are applicable to the exact customer.

They revamped our internal data connections and established a fully automated data exchange pipeline, ensuring smooth and reliable data transfer. A significant component of the project was the development of an AI engine for us, which is now capable of providing objective, data-driven predictions and insights.
Additionally, automated the process of evaluating and retraining this engine as needed, which is a crucial feature for maintaining its accuracy and relevance over time.

We needed help to solve the following tasks:
help us map data concerning our products, customers, deliveries etc. from different systems.
create a system that predicts delivery delays and controls product stocks and delivery state from warehouse to final delivery based on GPS trackers.
to analyze our client and partner base
give us predicts of potential churn customers recommendation how to retain them
create reports that can assist us on a daily basis.
As project is ongoing, not all task are done yet. But as for now Beinf has already helped us to collect and connect data from all our operational systems. They also have provided us with descriptive reporting about our customer and partner base.
As next steps we are waiting for diagnostic and predictive reports from them in the next iterations. Also, in parallel they are preparing for us a monitoring system for products stock and delivery control.
