Wonderfully engaging and insightful day helped me better understand myself and others.

I recently completed the "Effortless Communicator," with Thijs from Betterworks Asia in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The day covered a reflection our current communication styles, how and why we think the way we do, an exploration of DISC categorization and how we can best reflect and overcome common pitfalls. Wonderfully insightful, plenty of interaction, experience and practice with others in the group. It left me with a better understanding of who I was as an individual and how I can communicate more effectively and with more empathy.

Thijs is a master in leadership, coaching and training. He is so effective because he embodies the material he trains. His positive, grounded energy helps to communicate across cultures and differences, and he manages to bring a constructive and effective approach to a wide variety of circumstances. I've also greatly appreciated working with Thijs as a business partner, where I've found him to be reliable, proactive, and leaning in every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Thijs enough.

Comprehensive and value adding training and course creation

I've worked with Thijs multiple times on multiple projects and in multiple companies. I had him train, and help create entire training programs from initial TNA all the way through to the skill matrix and measurement tool.

Super professional, gets work done when he says he will and often goes a bit above and beyond. Not just that but also really adds to the equation. Some firms will just do what you ask, Thijs goes beyond that for sure, looking for opportunities to improve what we're trying to do.

Can't recommend him enough. Thanks!

Started from TNA, discovered core competencies, built multi module training program incorporating all skills and even building in company values into much of the training. Then created a custom measurement tool to assess the skills based on behavioral markers.
