Beyond Your Brand was incorporated with the goal of making digital marketing accessible to everyone. We want to work with charities and small businesses, all the way up to internationally-known brands, and we don't think that cost should be the reason for not being able to get visible online. From PPC to SEO, our ultimate aim is to get our clients' phones ringing more with high quality leads. It's easy to spend money and get clicks. What's not so easy is ensuring those clicks are from the right target audience with the right intent for the service or product being provided.
Our approach is different to a lot of agencies. We don't take work on unless we believe we can deliver results. We charge by the hour and we time track all client time in order to ensure that each and every one of our clients is getting their allocated time. We shout about the great stuff, but we don't hide the metrics that aren't so great. Doing so makes it difficult to learn and improve, so instead, we aim to be seen as the digital marketing arm of the team and we are as transparent about results and performance as any in-house team would be. That's how we learn, and that's how we help businesses grow. It's essential.
Our team are all in-house in our West Oxfordshire-based office. We don't outsource as we've seen how this can be detrimental to communication and performance; two things that we are not willing to compromise on. We are a friendly bunch with heaps of experience across a range of digital services. We don't have a one size fits all approach, but tailor each and every strategy to the client and their objectives.
We encourage our clients to come in if they're close, or to jump on regular video calls if they're further away, because communication is key to success. Our clients know their business better than anyone and we never assume anything when it comes to who they want to target and how. Our approach is to nurture all of our clients in order to retain them. A significant proportion of our new customers come from referrals from existing customers, and this is incredibly important for us. Not only does it prove that the job we do is great, but it also means we can focus on digital marketing for others.
