In 1983, Myles Brown, Dave and Craig Boyce, and Rob Fink sat down over dinner and drew up the blueprint for what they wanted in a CPA firm. It was a firm centered around its people, its clients, and its community. Having extensive experience with national firms, they grew to appreciate the large firm approach to specialized service, but knew that there was an opportunity to provide this level of service with a local firm feel.
