After a successful 13-year corporate career, Bidaya’s founder Jumana Twal was on a mission to transform and transcend the standards of public relations and corporate communications in Jordan and the region, and so she did… pretty well, actually. She brought together an exceptionally capable team who shared her passion for all things communication, established Bidaya, and so it began.

We started by helping companies build successful relationships with their customers, employees, stakeholders and the media. From that point forward, we set out to resolve any problems our clients came to us with.
