Biks builds AI systems that automate customer operations, finance, admin and reporting for growing businesses in Indonesia and Singapore, inside the tools teams already rely on: WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, ERPs and bank feeds.

We are an applied-AI company, not a chatbot vendor. Every engagement starts with one workflow, is built around how the client already works, and runs in production, with human approval wherever money or customers are involved.

What we build: finance and accounting automation (receipt and invoice capture, bank reconciliation, approvals and close-ready reporting); customer operations on WhatsApp (orders, bookings, payments and delivery follow-up, answered around the clock); and Rapi, an executive AI assistant in WhatsApp that turns documents, spreadsheets and voice notes into finished briefs, decks and follow-ups.

Results from live clients: reconciliation cut from 20+ hours a week to under 30 minutes; WhatsApp order admin down 92%, from 4+ hours a day to 20 minutes of review.
