As the CEO of Binary Future, my role includes providing strategic leadership, and setting the company's vision and goals while making key decisions for growth and market positioning. Binary Future is rooted in the shared passions and complementary expertise of its three founders: Mike, Ruslan, and Arseniy, close friends and partners. They recognized the potential within the e-commerce industry and decided to combine their strengths to establish the company.
This shared vision attracted a talented and dedicated team that joined them on their mission to transform ideas into reality, create exceptional online experiences, and contribute to the dynamic world of e-commerce. Binary Future employs a flexible business model that includes both an in-house team working on our projects and providing dedicated teams and experts to the clients that need to expand their existing tech teams.

Clients frequently approach us for a diverse range of services, primarily around Shopify. Clients frequently approach us for custom development tailored to the Shopify platform, including advanced Shopify+ services, and migration from different platforms (CRM and ERP systems) to Shopify solutions. Additionally, we specialize in POS-payment solutions, enabling seamless transactions for businesses. Our expertise also extends to app development, particularly for mobile commerce, and we are adept at headless front-end integration.
Furthermore, we offer end-to-end development services, guiding our clients from the initial idea phase to a ready-for-launch product. Additionally, our expert teams are in high demand, especially for businesses looking to migrate to Shopify from other e-commerce platforms or those seeking guidance on RFID and NFC-tag integrations.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our commitment to providing outstanding service is reflected in our customer satisfaction rate of 87.5%. We believe that meticulous understanding is crucial, hence we invest in a thorough discovery phase, ensuring we align seamlessly with our clients' visions and requirements from the outset.
In terms of project delivery, we employ an agile approach, partitioning the backlog into manageable sprints. Throughout the project lifecycle, our dedicated account managers ensure that the project runs smoothly. We develop a comprehensive and client-centric support system. Each of our clients is paired with a dedicated account manager, ensuring a singular and consistent point of contact. What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our billing system is transparent and straightforward. We primarily operate on a Pay per Milestone structure, where clients are billed once every two weeks at the completion of a sprint. The invoice contains details of the number of hours spent on the project during that sprint. Additionally, when it comes to maintenance services, we adopt a fixed-price model, ensuring that clients have clarity on costs and can budget accordingly.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We have a basic budget threshold for projects, which is set at $5,000. This ensures that we can dedicate the right resources for optimal outcomes.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
In 2022, the projects we catered to at Binary Future spanned a price range with a minimum of $5,000 and reaching up to a maximum of $70,000. This range underscores our flexibility in managing both compact and expansive projects.
