Binary Future is a dynamic team of e-commerce experts, who combine a strong foundation in development, design thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We specialize in providing comprehensive e-commerce solutions, ranging from basic end-to-end setups to comprehensive Shopify deployments with integrated features for businesses on a global scale.

What truly distinguishes us is our approach to providing comprehensive solutions, not just final products. We go beyond the conventional boundaries of e-commerce development by extending our network of marketing partners to support us in delivering holistic solutions. As the CEO of Binary Future, my role includes providing strategic leadership, and setting the company's vision and goals while making key decisions for growth and market positioning. I lead our team, fostering innovation and a positive work culture, while also overseeing financial health, business development, client relations, innovation, and legal compliance.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Binary Future is rooted in the shared passions and complementary expertise of its three founders: Mike, Ruslan, and Arseniy, close friends and partners. They recognized the potential within the e-commerce industry and decided to combine their strengths to establish the company.

This shared vision attracted a talented and dedicated team that joined them on their mission to transform ideas into reality, create exceptional online experiences, and contribute to the dynamic world of e-commerce. Binary Future became more than just a business venture; it became a transformative hub for retailers of all sizes (from dreamers to established organizations).

Binary Future employs a flexible business model that includes both an in-house team working on our projects and providing dedicated teams and experts to the clients that need to expand their existing tech teams.

Clients frequently approach us for a diverse range of services, primarily around Shopify. Clients frequently approach us for custom development tailored to the Shopify platform, including advanced Shopify+ services, and migration from different platforms (CRM and ERP systems) to Shopify solutions. Additionally, we specialize in POS-payment solutions, enabling seamless transactions for businesses. Our expertise also extends to app development, particularly for mobile commerce, and we are adept at headless front-end integration.

Furthermore, we offer end-to-end development services, guiding our clients from the initial idea phase to a ready-for-launch product. Additionally, our expert teams are in high demand, especially for businesses looking to migrate to Shopify from other e-commerce platforms or those seeking guidance on RFID and NFC-tag integrations.

Our billing system is transparent and straightforward. We primarily operate on a Pay per Milestone structure, where clients are billed once every two weeks at the completion of a sprint. The invoice contains details of the number of hours spent on the project during that sprint. Additionally, when it comes to maintenance services, we adopt a fixed-price model, ensuring that clients have clarity on costs and can budget accordingly.

We have a basic budget threshold for projects, which is set at $5,000. This ensures that we can dedicate the right resources for optimal outcomes.

Binary Future developed a Shopify Plus website for a digital solutions company. The team was responsible for integrating third-party APIs and migrating all customer and product data from WooCommerce.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They were always available and keen to help. The project was complex to plan, so final costings were tricky to get together. Once we had a final scope of the WBS, the costing was quite quick to appear

I am a Director Digital, UX/Analysts at a design studio in the US. Few months ago, one of our client’s website needed a custom Shopify app developed which was outside of my team capacity so I started looking for help on Upwork. As someone who was born and raised in Ukraine, it was important for me to support developers from home during the war since I knew that many companies stopped working with Ukrainians because is high risks. Since I found Mike and Binary Future, we’ve been working on multiple custom apps (mainly related to multiship and FedEx shipping custom setup) and him and his team were always ready to jump to any challenge we had, delivered work on time and at the highest quality. They don’t only work on what we asked but also bring up some potential improvements that would be nice to have and do their work thinking about end users. I really appreciate their hard work in this challenging times and wish to have more clients!

Binary Future helped us with two custom Shopify apps:

1. Multiship order split functionality - another developer helped us to build a form in the cart that allows to ship one product (multiple items) to multiple people. However, shop owner would still see it as one order and would have to manually print labels for each. This would take a lot of time for large volume orders plus some of those orders might be scheduled to ship for different days so it will be nearly impossible to trace them on time. Binary Future helped to split the order in the dashboard and create new separate orders that are easy to fulfill and track!

2. FedEx shipping setup. Our client has very specific shipping rates that are particularly based on FedEx API/shipping areas and partially on their own timing and add-ons. As you may know, Shopify doesn’t have direct FedEx integration so Binary Future developed a custom app for this as well!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Working on tricky tasks (i.e. they are not afraid of challenges)

Communication. Mike is very professional, detailed oriented, polite, understands a lot about US e-commerce.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

This is a hard one! I really liked working with Binary Future!
