We are pretty simple people when it comes to running a business.  We believe in having core values that guide our business practices.  We started Birkdale Office Suites to provide office space, meeting rooms, and administrative services to companies and individuals who need the space but not the overhead.  We don't load our clients with fees for things such as Internet Access (who doesn't need that) and regular use of a conference room.

We have spent as much time working on our service delivery as we have anything else.  Not because we had to, we wanted to.  Our office is warm and inviting, yet professional.  We believe that there is a difference between having a receptionist and offering administrative services, and we included both.  You will not be surprised by your bill with us.  There are no hidden fees and we will never let you down.  Some in this business are so monetarily focused that they fail to remember what their clients actually need.   They don't put themselves in your shoes.  They will cancel a meeting room reservation for a higher bidder or charge you for tech support you never used.  To a small business, these surprises are unwelcome and not cool.
