to summarize it:
- after weeks of struggle Jauhari finally applied to open a bank account, but after all papers submitted it turned to be single currency IDR acc, while it is clearly stated on their website it would be multicurrency. “It is very cheap, what do you want?”, - asked Jauhari;
- made a crucial mistake in company docs - when appointed new director changed the whole ownership structure which we need to fix for extra money with another agent;
- Jauhari took $500 in advance for a full year of accounting, didn’t start and refused to refund when we canceled the agreement because he is offended;
- cherry on top! Jauhari refused to give back our company hard copies docs, just doesn’t pick up the phone when our new agent/accountant is calling and doesn’t reply to messages. Again because offended;

- if you take a close look at their website and linekdin you will find out that there are no workers in their company except for the marketing managers, it seems they are posted there
