The snglsDAO is a non-profit governance layer of SNGLS Protocol created with the aim of maintaining the tenets of decentralization and instill them into the programming of the protocol.

Demands: 

• Choose the appropriate technology for building the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)

• Create a DAO for SNGLS Media Distribution Protocol governance

• Create new token for DAO

• Provide an airdrop of the new token for current token holders

Challenges we faced: 

• Appropriate solution architecture for fulfilling requirements to protocol governance and parameters management

• Complex DAOStack’s structure that should be reworked

• The Graph setup complexity

Solutions: 

• Web-application with informative UI for convenient interaction with DAO

• Set of smart-contracts for setting protocol parameters, creating proposals, voting and staking

• Smart contract for DAO governance token and airdrop of the new token

REMME CHAIN

Demands:

• to find a faster and more scalable blockchain (with smart contracts support and implementation of a new consensus model along with internal economics);

• using  smart contracts’ supporting platform for logic staking implementation

• rebuild reward distribution mechanism and resources management system

Challenges we faced:

• keep up with various features on EOSIO;

• maintain the high throughput while working within fairly limited blockchain capabilities;

• constant patches integration from the EOSIO blockchain.

Solution:

• implementing the entire logic and economy of Remme protocol basing on the robust architecture;

• creating a new EOS-based blockchain with more fair rewards distribution.

• correct branching strategy for merging updates from EOSIO repository

Solana is lightning-fast distributed ledger technology for decentralized apps.

Demand:

• blockchain implementation for a single-use case in order to evaluate its advantages 

Challenges we faced:

• constant development of the network;

• lack of Solana ecosystem development feature;

• lack of wallet extension functionality.

Solution:

• designing a dice game based on a smart contract;

• extending the wallet functionality with enabling arbitrary transactions’ signing.
