The goal of the "Small Town Faith" app was to build a dedicated, seamless mobile commerce channel to serve its community and sell branded merchandise, moving beyond traditional web stores to capture mobile loyalty. We developed a robust E-commerce platform that offers easy product browsing, clear product details, and a highly intuitive order fulfillment process. The solution focused on transactional trust, ensuring users could effortlessly track their orders from confirmation, viewing the order number, status, and total cost directly within the app. This project successfully provided the client with a professional, accessible mobile storefront that deepened community engagement and generated reliable revenue streams.

The client needed to launch a digital shopping channel that could immediately compete in the crowded fashion market, requiring a sophisticated yet simple mobile user experience. We developed a robust E-commerce application featuring intuitive browsing by category, advanced filtering and sorting on product listings, and a highly secure payment infrastructure. The core solution focused on seamless transactional confidence, providing transparent cart calculations for subtotals, delivery, tax, and total costs before checkout. This project successfully moved the business into mobile commerce, providing users with a frictionless shopping journey that dramatically increased digital sales and customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Facing the challenge of high anxiety and low conversions caused by fluctuating travel prices, we developed a sophisticated, single-platform travel application that aggregates flights, hotels, and cars. Our solution centered on introducing predictive technology through a proprietary Price Freeze feature, giving users confidence to book without fear of future cost changes. This high-complexity system also integrated a native Wallet for rewards like 'Carrot Cash' and Vouchers, successfully transforming price-hesitant travelers into loyal, repeat customers. The result was a significantly streamlined booking process and a major lift in user trust, firmly establishing the application as an essential tool for securing the best travel deals.

This complex project was initiated to modernize how real estate agents manage their business, solving the fragmented challenge of juggling leads, client data, and property listings across multiple platforms. We engineered a powerful, internal-facing mobile application that serves as a single source of truth, featuring a centralized Agent Dashboard for monitoring leads, contacts, and performance metrics. By integrating directly with the MLS system, the app provides real-time, searchable property listings and allows agents to search homes by key criteria like ZIP or address from a user-friendly home screen. This solution streamlined the agent workflow, cut down on data entry time, and ensured agents could quickly convert leads into successful closings, leading to a significant upgrade in overall team efficiency and transaction velocity.

The client needed to move beyond traditional counter service and drive repeat business by giving customers a seamless, addictive ordering experience and genuine loyalty rewards. We built a robust, cross-platform mobile application that centralizes the entire bubble tea journey, featuring a clean product catalog, detailed product customization options, and a highly efficient checkout system that clearly calculates subtotals, delivery, and tax. Crucially, we integrated a full Points Details and redemption system, which immediately transformed casual purchases into habitual, rewarding transactions. This solution dramatically increased order volume and provided the client with invaluable customer data, successfully positioning their business for significant long-term growth and customer loyalty.

The Blitz Mobile App was created to solve the fundamental problem of user burnout in the fitness space, where generic apps fail to offer the engagement and community needed for long-term motivation. Our solution was to engineer a high-performance, cross-platform application centered on a smart Custom Training Engine that dynamically adapts to each user's progress and a powerful Social Fuel system, integrating leaderboards, challenges, and real-time activity sharing directly into the workout experience. This focused development strategy transformed the application from a concept into an addictive, community-driven habit, immediately leading to significantly higher user stickiness, a massive surge in interactions, and a strong, sustained flow of premium sign-ups, successfully establishing Blitz as a competitive force in the health and wellness market.

We were asked by Jolene Cox an award-winning food blogger and bestselling cookbook author to come up with a one stop solution for her to share her Amazing homely recipes and to create an E-commers platform where her products and books were just a click away from her fans.
Blitz took on the challenge and came with a unique and effective website that is simple to use and easy to understand for Jolene and her fans, to share relevant content, Our Teams were also forming a branding strategy for the site, as well as working with the launch team to provide a consistent experience across the business and personal components of the website.

 

Blitz was assigned the task to design a Minibus comparison website that offers its clients the facility to find and compare Minibus operators throughout the U.K.
Following the agile methodologies our team was able to deliver, despite having such a tight deadline for an extremely elaborate project i.e., just 23 weeks. 
The project required detailed work on its features and technicalities but thanks to our tech savey team we managed and delivered a perfect project.

We were approached for a very interesting project that acts as a global resource network for entertainment professionals to showcase creative talents, socially connect and collaborate through different mediums in the app to gain better outreach.
Our aim was to design the app and a website that ensures the connecting process for the users is smooth, we tackled this by coming up with an efficient dashboard that helps the users get alerts and notifications, rate the talents on the platform, chat and see videos / portfolios, etc. The platform reduces the time and costs associated with connecting with new talents it also offers a low-risk opportunity to onboard new talents for various projects.

Team blitz took up the challenge to create an online therapy platform that has an, on platform video calling module, that would ensure users goals to seek wellness regardless of how busy their schedule got.

The website provides a therapeutic hope to individuals that help them move forward and give them the ability to cope up with the obstacles holding them back. My Therapy Talk was supposed to be a project that understood user at any particular time and can provide help, anytime, anywhere; therefore, it was necessary to make sure the platform only has a systematic process to onboard licensed therapists can help user whenever they need them to feel better. Our team was asked by our clients from Saudia Arab in Collaboration with Alrajhi to take this idea from the Scratch and make a working website in just 14 weeks. We rose to the challenge, applying various Agile and scrum methodologies and came up with an effective and efficient mobile app and admin dashboards that enables safe and secure transactions, through the platform, using Nogodi you can ensure the transfer of your payments, only upon your satisfaction on receiving the delivery.

Another Day another Amazing project that team blitz got the opportunity to work on was, Go Hard Finish Strong, our clients wanted us, to come up platform for individuals that were interested in building a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their loved one. The platform aimed to be like many other social media platforms out today, i.e., Facebook, Instagram, etc. but with a spin of fitness.
 

Team blitz came up with Idea to provide members access to exclusive apparel and offer them the opportunity to win exclusive prizes in order for the website to gain users.
The main objective of this platform was to:
• to bring awareness to the benefits of fitness
• to help individuals obtain and maintain fitness
• to help individuals find motivation to participate in fitness activities
• to give individuals a safe, comfortable fitness-based platform where they can push themselves and the people, they love towards a healthier lifestyle
the challenge here was to setup the app in a manner that works around members busy schedule, we managed to keep a free registration, thatprovides members an easy and fun way to participate in fitness challenges and activities. To enable individuals who register and use the platform to be able to build, test and improve their fitness without hassle, without breaking the bank and without worrying about where, how and when to workout.

 

Team Blitz was asked to create a platform that Provided an empowering environment for writers and story tellers to reach and connect with a wider audience. A safe place for writers to get to build a community and allow the audience to get involved personally in their beloved stories just as its developing.

Working under a tight deadline, Blitz conducted user research and a competitive analysis to prioritize features of this project so that we can deliver just our project with just the right components and features that the user finds relevant in each sprint.

Our team was asked to take this idea from the Scratch and make a working website in just 125 weeks. We rose to the challenge, applying various Agile and scrum methodologies and came up with an effective and efficient website that lets its users search pond contractor by services and their location.  Users can connect with the installers they choose and send job details with photos to find professional pond builders who use our Pond Contractor Pro® Software that our team built. With a simple picture of your area, pond contractors can design projects so that the user can view the water feature in their yard.
this project helps users in searching for a local pond contractor to install a new water feature, renovate an existing pond. All the maintenance services, pond cleaning or pond supplies like koi fish, pond plants, pond pumps, fountains and more were to be made available as per the clients needs onto the platform.
