I've been overseeing the re-development of a Ruby on Rails (Spree) e-commerce site for about 18 months, and struggled throughout to find a reliable outsourced development partner. My hopes were to find a company who made solid progress with decent communication, but Vishal, Varun and Rahul have been incredibly communicative throughout, they've made solid, daily progress on the site, and have been proactive with offering suggestions of what to improve, and how to improve it. On top of that, most outsourced development companies I've worked with just do what you tell them, but the team have been proactive at spotting additional issues and fixing them. As both an experienced ex-agency owner, developer and now startup Chief Product Officer, I've been incredibly impressed throughout.

I worked with Vishal G for about 80 hours (1 of 2 planned sprints) on a Rails project. Vishal was very professional, making sure my requirements were clearly understood. When a design/implementation decision needed to be made, he always asked me and worked within my constraints. The actual implementation was on time, good quality and easy to review. All implementations had unit tests, which I am a big fan on and this is appreciated.

Working with Bluebash the past 1.5 years has been an extremely positive experience. We initially talked to Suresh but then started working primarily with Anuj. Both individuals were pleasant to talk to and deal with. Anuj has been pivotal in getting our eSports platform off the ground. Our website was a very long project spanning over several months at full time development (40 hours a week). Anuj and I met multiple times a week to make sure the logic and flow was working properly and we were on the same page. To this day, we are still customizing the website with new additional functionality and features as we expand into new game markets. Anuj is very knowledgeable and experienced in Ruby/Rails as well as front end design. He built us a fully customized CMS tailored to our exact needs. This project was very intricate in back-end design and the logic behind it's functionality was not simple. Anuj and I sat sometimes for multiple hours discussing design flow and functionality so that we were both on the same page and did not move to quickly and make mistakes. Anuj's programming skill was paralleled by his communication skills. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours for a response from him (unless it was a holiday which is acceptable of course!). He was always easy to communicate with and let me know when he expected to have certain sprints/functionalities finished. For the majority of 2019, we had him on an "as needed" basis and if we gave him a few weeks notice he was always willing to add or fix up any issues we had. I even remember two occasions where we had an emergency bug we needed fixed because we were in a live event and, on those two occasions, he fixed the two major bugs within 48 hours which was fantastic - I really had not expected such a fast response time. All in all, Anuj and Bluebash are a professional organization. This was my first time contracting out work and I was nervous to the say the least. I spent a long time reviewing developers and interviewing them. I could not have had a better first time experience and consider myself very lucky that I met Bluebash, Suresh, and Anuj. I would recommend them to anyone - we are still working with them and will continue to do so as we expand.

They are very professional and know the tech stack very well with a team of developers of different levels and skill sets so that they can cater to my startup's changing needs and create a scope budget or even tech stack.
