BM Events (Brilliant Minds Events) is a temporary staffing and event manpower agency headquartered in Dubai, supplying trained hospitality, F&B, event, hotel and manpower staff across the UAE and the wider Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. We provide hostesses, waiters, stewards, chefs, event crew, registration and ushering staff, promoters and brand ambassadors, guest-services teams and bulk manpower on hire, deployed within 24 to 48 hours and backed by our 100% backup policy, where for every booked staff member a vetted backup is held to cover any no-shows. With 8 consecutive years staffing the Formula 1 Grand Prix across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, plus major events such as the FIFA World Cup, Expo Dubai and leading hotels and venues, BM Events helps businesses scale their workforce reliably for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, hotels, F&B outlets and large-scale activations.
