Promises made, promises not kept - service non existent - disappointing experience
Review Summary
I contacted Bollore New Zealand to clear my shipment of 1 item that passed customs clearance without a problem. First the receptionist did not give my details to the team to contact me. The next day after not hearing from Bollore I contacted them just to find out that my details was not give through to the team. I got a contact name and details and sent all relevant documentation to Bollore on Friday 29 August. It is now nearly 2 weeks since I have contacted Bollore to clear my shipment, however I am still without my item. I was informed on Friday morning 5 August that the accounting team is busy processing my invoice to be paid in order for the item to be collected from the receiving shipping company and delivered to my address, yet today, Tuesday 17:00 I am still waiting for this invoice. I have contacted Bollore customer care numerous times but to no avail. I would definitely not recommend Bollore as in my experience they are full of promises but no action - disappointment.
