Charles spent 10 years as an auditor watching micro businesses suffer the consequences of messy books — costly tax audits, penalties, and stress that could have been entirely avoided. In 2023, he switched sides. Instead of uncovering the mess, he started preventing it.

Our story

BookJobs was born from a simple belief — that clean bookkeeping shouldn't cost a fortune. Too many micro business owners were being overcharged by firms billing flat monthly fees regardless of actual work done. Charles built BookJobs to fix that: one transparent price, S$3 per transaction, no monthly fees, serving micro businesses worldwide.
