The team is hardworking and takes their work very seriously to make sure neither their own team member nor the client has to face any issues.
Working with BotsCrew was something incredible, it made us realize that working on a project could be less bothersome if the team you’re working with is well-versed and supportive. The botsCrew team helped us understand various concepts which were technical and helped us take better steps to make the final product customer oriented even when it increased their load which was really appreciative of the team.

We needed a chatbot to make sure our visitors were provided with the best possible information they need, which is personalized and catered to their requirements. This project could potentially increase our revenue by 35% if implemented well and it did happen with BitsCrew.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their seriousness toward the project and technical know-how are amazingly helpful.
The team works on the project like it's their own and leaves no room for errors.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
My experience working with them was incredible so I have no such issue to mention.
